Who We Are
My name is Pete, owner and founder of Train with Pete, LLC, private personal training in Hudson, MA, and I have been a certified personal trainer for over 4 years. After working for just 7 months at a local chain gym, I realized I needed more for myself and more importantly, my clients. Subsequently, I launched my first private training studio on June 1, 2021. I was able to negotiate my finances and teach myself the necessary business skills to succeed. Now I am here for you: the driven, ambitious coach looking to take their skills and career to the next level. My vision is to support all coaches hungry to grow our industry and help our clients succeed in their fitness journeys.
Hi, I'm Kellyn, a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for fostering a positive and comfortable fitness environment. With six years of experience in the industry, I decided to establish Kellyn Jason Wellness, LLC (KJW) in April of 2021. My vision for KJW was to create a safe space where clients could feel at ease while pursuing their fitness goals. As a coach, I ensure a personalized and supportive approach to fitness for each of my clients. In addition to KJW, I graduated in May of 2023, with a Master of Science degree in Exercise Health Sciences. I have continued to blend my practical expertise with the latest scientific knowledge to provide holistic and effective training strategies for my clients. Now, I want to help coaches who are interested in expanding their skills and knowledge, grow! I am eager to share my expertise to help coaches bring their careers to the next level and foster an environment of coaches who succeed together.

TWP, LLC takes an entirely client-focused approach, accompanying each and every client along their individual fitness journeys.
Kellyn takes a unique approach with her clients, focusing on education, goal-setting, and behavior change surrounding diet, physical activity, mindfulness, and exercise. Kellyn uses the knowledge gained from earning her B.S. in Psychology from Worcester State University and recently, her M.S. in Exercise and Health Sciences from University of Massachusetts Boston to support this approach. Her goal is to help the people she is fortunate to work with look at a healthy lifestyle with a more attainable lens and learn about all of the benefits to exercise aside from just weight loss.
Ashlee Nosek, owner and operator of SGE, LLC is driven by an unwavering belief in the limitless potential of women. Ashlee is on a mission: leading a movement that embraces and celebrates the fortitude, ambition, and individuality of women. Ashlee transitioned into the private training model in September, 2023, fulfilling both her needs, and more importantly, her clients' needs.
Owner of KJ Training LLC, Kristian Jackson brings 17 years of experience in the gym, coupled with 3000+ hours of hands-on experience with clients. Kristian's expertise spans a spectrum of disciplines, from strength training to weight loss, mobility enhancement, and instilling unshakable confidence in his clients. Kristian's goal is to get you the results you want while keeping it fun, maintainable and unique to his clients goals.
